Who this is for
Clinical care, at home
Nursing and Complex Care — sometimes referred to as high-intensity supports or clinical care under the NDIS — is for participants whose needs go beyond general support work into genuine clinical territory: tracheostomy care, PEG or NG feeding, catheter management, complex wound care, seizure management, or medication administration requiring a registered nurse.
This differs from Daily Living Support, which covers non-clinical personal care and household assistance. Many participants need both — a registered nurse for clinical tasks, and a familiar support worker for everyday routines — and we coordinate the two so care stays consistent rather than fragmented.
