Overview

Help with the tasks that keep life running

Daily Living Support is about the practical, everyday tasks that can be difficult to manage alone — showering and dressing, preparing meals, light housework, medication prompts, and getting the day started and finished well. Our support workers get to know your routines and preferences, so support feels like a helping hand rather than a disruption.

Who this is for

Support that fits your routine

Daily Living Support suits participants who want to stay in their own home but need a hand with specific parts of the day — getting ready in the morning, preparing meals, managing medication, or keeping the house running. It's also known as personal care support or in-home disability support, and can range from a couple of hours a week to full daily assistance depending on your NDIS plan.

This is different from Nursing & Complex Care, which involves clinical tasks performed by a registered nurse. If your daily routine includes things like wound care, tube feeding, or medication management beyond simple prompts, our complex care service may be the better fit — we can help you work out which applies.
